Everything retailers, designers and hospitality buyers want to know before applying.

Am I eligible for a wholesale account?

We work with Australian retailers, interior designers and hospitality buyers who hold a valid ABN. If you operate a physical or online store, design studio, or accommodation business — and you're registered for GST — you're likely eligible. Our trade team will confirm on application.

How long does approval take?

We review applications within one business day. You'll receive an email from our trade team either confirming your account or requesting any additional information we need.

What are the minimum order quantities?

We don't enforce strict MOQs per SKU. First orders typically start at $500 + GST to justify freight; ongoing orders are flexible and can be mixed across our five brands on a single PO. Repeat orders can be smaller.

What are your payment terms?

Opening orders are pre-paid by bank transfer or card. Established accounts (after three clean orders) can apply for 30-day net terms, subject to credit approval. Bank details and instructions are sent with your first invoice.

How does delivery work?

We dispatch nationwide via our established carrier partners — Australia Post for Myer orders, Direct Freight for Spotlight and most other accounts. You'll receive tracked consignment notes with every shipment, and we can ship to stores, DCs or drop-ship addresses.

Can I order samples?

Yes — approved accounts can order samples at wholesale price. We don't provide free samples, but can arrange a swatch pack for your showroom at cost. Speak to your account manager after approval.

Do you offer exclusive regions or territories?

We don't allocate exclusive territories, but we do consider retailer density when approving new accounts in smaller markets. We'll always tell you up front who else stocks our ranges near you so you can make an informed decision.

What if a product arrives damaged?

Notify sales@legendlinen.com within seven days with photos and your PO number. We replace damaged goods or credit your account — whichever you prefer.

Can I mix brands on a single order?

Yes. One account, one PO, any combination of Logan & Mason, Private Collection, Platinum, Da Vinci and Blake & Lindsay. That's the whole point of consolidating your bed linen suppliers with us.

Can I visit your warehouse or showroom?

Yes — our showroom at 40–42 Winterton Rd, Clayton VIC is open to trade visitors by appointment. Email us or call (03) 9545 6775 to book a time.
